- 3 whole Ripe Bananas, Well Mashed
- 1 whole Egg Well Beaten
- 1-½ cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Mapleline flavoring or pure maple syrup ( I would use more if your using syrup)
- ½ cups Chocolate Chips (or Nuts Or Other Morsels) optional. I didn't add these.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Grease or spray loaf pan.
Mix bananas,egg, and maple syrup together in a large bowl. Stir in flour, sugar, salt,cinnamon and baking soda. Add chips and mix by hand.
Pour into pan and bake for 1 hour. Remove from pan and cool on rack.

Serve warm. Enjoy!
*While it was good warm the maple flavor mellowed out to non existent once completely cooled. I think next time I will be adding a teaspoon or more of the flavoring or at least a tablespoon if I use syrup.
